At Good Shepherd, we believe faith is lived out in community. Whether you’re exploring your spiritual journey, looking to make a difference, or seeking meaningful relationships, there’s a place for you to get involved here.
Sunday Morning
Worship is not a performance—it’s the work of the whole people of God. Each Sunday, members of our community help shape our liturgy by offering their voices, presence, and gifts.
We are looking for people of all ages and backgrounds to help lead in worship.
Opportunities to Serve:
Assisting Ministers – Lead prayers and help at the table.
Lectors – Read the Scripture lessons.
Altar Guild – Set-up for worship.
Usher – Welcome people, distribute bulletins, offering.
Communion Assistants – Share the bread and wine with the congregation
Hospitality Hour
Help Us Extend the Welcome!
Each week after worship, we gather for a time of fellowship, coffee, and light refreshments—a moment to connect, catch up, and build community. This time is made possible by volunteers like you who graciously host our Hospitality Hour.
Hosting is simple and meaningful—you provide some snacks (homemade or store-bought), make coffee (instructions provided), and help set up and clean up. You can partner with a friend or sign up as a group!
